Gillett & Johnston have been involved in the manufacture, restoration and servicing of Clocks, Bells & Carillons for over 160 years. The company employs highly skilled craftsmen with unparalleled expertise and is able to carry out even the most extensive restoration project.
Overhaul and restoration work can be undertaken on any clock, together with gilding or redecoration of existing dials. Our managing director, Stephen Coombes is a member of both The British Watch & Clockmakers Guild and the British Horological Institute. Stephen is also a member of the Worshipful Company of Clockmakers of London.
Servicing is carried out by Gillett & Johnston’s team of skilled Service Engineers who have undertaken many hundreds of installations and servicing commissions throughout the country and overseas. Over the years our team has built up unrivalled craftsmanship and expertise in all aspects of clockmaking and clock servicing and restoration.
